Research & Strategy
We are researching to understand the behavior of the end-user and then we begin to develop a strategy to provide a correct user experience and to make that behavior happen.
VISUAL & WIREFRAME
In this part of the process, we wireframe how the user would navigate through your site to determine the required elements we need to create a simple and efficient journey for the end-user.
Our master graphic designer Alina will design the graphic elements and assets that make the end-user experience look as good as it feels.
TEST & MONITOR
We test and monitor the functionality from the user’s perspective and then we will work with your team to adjust, optimize and evaluate if necessary.
By implementing a responsive web design, this can quickly adapt to any size of screen or device, and the end-user will have an optimal experience without distortion or lag. Responsive design offers great versatility, thus encouraging visitors to return and thus improving the online journey for the consumer.
Flexibility & Speed
More than half of the global online traffic comes from mobile devices, so it is very important to implement UX design in order to ensure a good uniformity between desktop and mobile. Responsive mobile sites load quickly on all devices thus increasing conversion and ROI.
This type of design allows for a smooth online browsing experience on all platforms resulting in higher conversion rates, lower bounce rates, and ROI. Investigating the percentage of users who take a desired action on the site can mean a higher chance of converting visitors into new customers.
UX design focuses on the user’s personalized experiences, in order to provide relevant content to a specific user. The ultimate goal is to meet the user’s needs and to achieve a meaningful goal. We will draw a journey map trying to capture the consumer experience during the interaction with the products.
